Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and reliability strategy aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop multi-site maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence.
Oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance using CMMS and condition monitoring tools.
Standardize maintenance procedures and processes across facilities for consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and HSE teams to maintain asset integrity and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage maintenance budgets, contracts, service providers, and spare parts inventory for cost-effective operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce failures, downtime, and operational risks.
Support capital investment planning with lifecycle cost and reliability analyses.
Promote energy efficiency, sustainability, and safe operation practices across all sites.

Job Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in maintenance/reliability leadership, preferably in heavy industry or waste/recycling sectors.
Proven experience with RCM, TPM, and CMMS systems.
Strong knowledge of asset management, condition monitoring, and reliability practices.
Multi-site team management experience in a matrix organization.
Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently across European operational sites.
