Bulk Engineer

Role Overview
The Bulk Engineer is responsible for the data management, analysis and reporting of the project materials.

Responsibilities

Obtain and expedite the release of the engineering data as per project schedule.

Verify the data from Engineering, and take actions to amend when required.

Process Supply Chain and Logistics data into MRP systems (Nadia/ERM).

Create multisystem data analysis and reports.

Issue data for procurement to the yards.

Issue weekly Material Power BI reports and Workfront analysis.

Provide project support.

Forecast bulk quantities in consultation with engineering.

Monitor changes in quantities resulting from the evolution of the design.

Education

Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering discipline or cost engineering study.

Experience

At least 3 years experience in material control / cost engineer / Project Planning / Procurement position / Data analysis.

Experience in an EPC project with data handling and databases.

Excellent MS Excel knowledge. MS Access, SQL, Visual Basic, Power BI is a plus.

English is mandatory.
