Offshore Cable Lay Shift Supervisor

NKT in Rotterdam is looking for a Shift Supervisor to coordinate offshore cable installation and manage shift operations aboard cable-lay vessels. In this role, you will oversee the safe and efficient execution of projects aligned with technical specifications, working closely with onshore and offshore teams.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of offshore experience and a technical diploma in Engineering or equivalent. You will contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency, supporting environmental objectives and operations. Collaboration and clear communication are key elements of success in this role.
