• As Project Control Manager, you oversee and manage Project Control activities for SBM projects. You are responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• You develop and implement project control plans and procedures.
• You coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• You monitor project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• You prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• You ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• You collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• You conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• You manage change control processes and document project changes.
• You provide leadership and guidance to project control team members.

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Project Management, or related field). Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
