The Specialist Group in Rotterdam zoekt een Ontwerpleider Civiele Techniek die verantwoordelijk is voor leidinggeven aan multidisciplinaire ontwerptrajecten van tender tot uitvoering in Nederland.
Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor ontwerpvraagstukken, bewaakt ontwerpstrategie, planning, kwaliteit en budget, en rapporteert over voortgang en risico's. Je stuurt ontwerpers, BIM-modelleurs en externe ingenieurs aan en zorgt voor integrale afstemming binnen het ontwerpteam.
