Mechanical & piping superintendant

Main Mission
Supervise the installation, alignment, assembly, and testing of industrial mechanical equipment and piping systems, including critical oxygen and hydrogen service lines. Ensure technical compliance, safety performance, and schedule adherence on a large‑scale industrial project.

Mechanical supervision — Oversight of installation of rotating/static equipment and packaged units.

Piping supervision — Monitoring of pipe fabrication, welding, alignment, and pressure testing.

Team coordination — Daily management of site crews, subcontractors, and interface with other disciplines.

Quality control — Review of drawings, isometrics, MTOs, welding procedures, and compliance documentation.

HSE enforcement — Strict application of safety standards, especially for O₂/H₂ systems.

Reporting — Progrss tracking, deviation management, schedule updates, and communication with the client in English.

Requirements

10+ years as Supervisor for industrial equipment installation and piping works.

Mandatory experience with oxygen & hydrogen service piping (materials compatibility, cleanliness, purging, ATEX risks).

Strong knowledge of ASME, EN, PED, ISO, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and pressure testing (hydro/pneumatic).

Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors in a multidisciplinary environment.

Fluent English for meetings, reporting, and technical documentation.

Solid safety culture; experience in chemical, energy, hydrogen, or oxygen‑related facilities.
