We’re looking for a Senior Expeditor who thrives on coordination, communication, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll be right at the heart of complex international engineering projects in the offshore energy sector.

About the Company
Our client is an established engineering partner delivering tailor‑made solutions within offshore energy. From early‑stage feasibility studies to full engineering and procurement execution, they support complex projects across offshore platforms, FPSOs, and maritime installations. They are also actively developing solutions in the growing offshore hydrogen market.

What Will You Do?
As an Expeditor, you are the driving force behind timely delivery within engineering projects. You ensure materials and equipment arrive exactly when they’re needed.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure on‑time deliveries

Track orders and shipments, identifying risks before they become delays

Keep close contact with project teams and procurement to align progress

Solve logistical challenges and transport issues proactively

Verify delivered materials meet required specifications and quantities

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all expediting activities

What Do You Bring?

Experience in a similar role within an EPC or technical project environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international projects

A proactive mindset with a sharp eye for detail
