Je vormt de schakel tussen engineering en operatie en bewaakt voortgang samen met de Offshore Construction Manager, survey teams, de brug en bemanning. Je zorgt voor een naadloze koppeling tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering en zoekt voortdurend naar verbeteringen voor toekomstige offshore projecten.
