LOCATION:
Port of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Responsibilities Advise projects, operational staff and construction site teams on health, safety, environmental, and quality issues.
Qualifications HSSEQ/EHSQ/HSEQ technical background with relevant certification.
HSE certification suitable for site-based work (IOSH, NEBOSH, MVK or HVK).
Experience with engineering, surveying or construction companies (ideally EPC).
Strong hands-on safety management experience (office or onsite).
Experience with HSE/HSEQ Systems, strategy and internal stakeholder management.
Excellent English language skills (Dutch or German beneficial, but not essential).
Role context The client is a process plant operator. Ideal background includes chemical, power, petrochemical or heavy manufacturing industries (e.g., steel). The role is on the client side and requires a HSEQ Manager who can support projects and site staff across health, safety, environmental and quality issues.
