Our client are a semiconductor company looking for a Hardware/Software Co-Designer to work on-site at their site in Rotterdam.
Responsibilities- Develop tools and automation to support front end verification, lint, synthesis and package generation
- Work closely with members of the Design Automation, Verification and Development teams to collaboratively solve problems and build solutions
- Provide support to our global engineering organization
- BS or MS degree in electrical or computer engineering or closely related degree strongly preferred; but substantial, relevant, outstanding work experience may substitute in some cases
- 5-10 years of experience working as a HW/SW engineer or related field
- Proficiency with object-oriented programming methodologies
- Proficiency with System Verilog, VHDL, or Verilog
- Proficiency with Python, Tcl, Perl, or Bash
- Understanding of CDC and RDC concepts
- Experience creating automation for front end design EDA tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
