As a Pricing Coordinator, you serve as the main contact for your customer portfolio while ensuring accurate pricing and smooth order‑to‑invoice processing. You coordinate pricing updates, maintain master data, validate invoices, and resolve discrepancies. Working closely with Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain, you manage intercompany pricing, support audit compliance, and uphold corporate pricing rules to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate and execute the monthly pricing cycle, including maintaining price files.
• Update customer price agreements based on monthly commodity market changes.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly pricing updates and reporting.
• Support pricing and billing for sales and purchase contracts, ensuring correct DOA approvals.
• Handle intercompany and interdivisional pricing, including chargeback monitoring.
• Analyze pricing data and create reports to support competitive and formula pricing decisions.
• Maintain accurate market pricing data in analytical tools and resolve pricing issues.
• Communicate pricing changes and collaborate effectively with different departments
• Support compliance by providing pricing expertise for audits and enforcing pricing rules and standards.

• Excel knowledge is a must.
• Coordinate the process for monthly price preparation, and maintenance of the price upload files and price master files
• Good technical knowledge and expert navigation of tools for performing work (FIORI, ERP system (preferably SAP), Celonis, etc.). Rules, settings, combinations, available options
• Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders (Customers (if applicable), Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) and builds an effective network as well as communicating effectively with them
• Investigate and resolve pricing questions/errors in co-operation with main stakeholders.
• Researches, coordinates and provides pricing knowledge and expertise to respond to Accounting, Internal and External Control audit compliance.
