KBenP zoekt in Rotterdam een vergunningverlener die initiatiefnemers en aanvragers ondersteunt bij het vergunningenproces volgens de Omgevingswet en APV. Je draagt bij aan de bouw van de stad en toets naleving van regelgeving in een dynamische omgeving.
Tijdens de inhuur behandel je vergunningaanvragen voor diverse gebieden, voer je overleg met partners, bewaak je voortgang en draag je bij aan overdracht en advies aan inwoners en bedrijven, terwijl je collega's inhoudelijk ondersteunt.
