Havensteder in Rotterdam zoekt een consulent Woonfraude die signalen onderzoekt, bewoners bezoekt en samenwerkt met gemeenten en politie. Je werkt aan onderhuur, leegstand en illegale bewoning en bepaalt je aanpak, van bemiddeling tot handhaving.
Je hebt minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau met drie jaar ervaring, kennis van volkshuisvesting en huurrecht, en ervaring met sociale dienstverlening. Een flexibele instelling en zelfstandige dossieropbouw zijn gewenst.
