Een zorgorganisatie in Rotterdam zoekt een dynamische preventiedeskundige voor preventie- en vroegsignalering. Je voert preventie-interventies uit, onderhoudt netwerkcontacten en organiseert trainingen voor zorgprofessionals. Je bent proactief, hebt een relevante hbo-opleiding en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring. Dit is een werkweek van 32-36 uur met een jaarcontract en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden. Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om ook in de avonduren te werken zijn vereist.
