Een zorgorganisatie in Rotterdam zoekt een opname coördinator. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van opnames en het organiseren van doorplaatsingen. Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. De functie is voor 16-24 uur per week met een jaarcontract en uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Criterium: positieve VOG vereist. Een professionele werkomgeving waar jouw inbreng gewaardeerd wordt, wordt geboden.
