Een regionaal zorgteam in Rotterdam zoekt een Klinisch Geriater voor een tijdelijke rol van 0,8 FTE gedurende 8 maanden. De rol vereist flexibiliteit en goede communicatieve vaardigheden, met de mogelijkheid om avond- en weekenddiensten te draaien. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de zorg in ziekenhuizen en samenwerking met andere medische professionals en huisartsen. Het team biedt een uitdagende baan met een salaris conform de cao AMS.
