Je werkt binnen het Paramedische en Psychosociale Dienst en draagt bij aan multidisciplinaire zorg op twee locaties. De functie is 24 uur per week, met voorkeur voor dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag, en biedt ruimte voor professionalisering en eigen initiatief.
