De Viersprong zoekt een MST-therapeut die jongeren en gezinnen ambulant ondersteunt in Rotterdam of Midden-Holland/Haaglanden. Je werkt met een vaste caseload en volgt een robuust trainings- en begeleidingstraject via MST-Nederland & België.
Je krijgt wekelijkse supervisie, consultatie en teamondersteuning. Er is ruimte voor professionele groei, met duidelijke scholing en begeleiding bij implementatie van MST in de praktijk.
