Midden in het leven van Rotterdam biedt Middin woonlocatie Nesselande waar 24 bewoners wonen. Je werkt in een dynamisch team, ondersteunt bij ADL en verpleegtechnische handelingen, en bevordert participatie in de maatschappij.
Als woonbegeleider nah werk je in een zelfstandige maar teamgebonden rol, met diensten van 7:00 tot 15:30 en naar avond- en nachtdiensten. Een passende opleiding en affiniteit met zorg zijn vereist.
