Bij Zeno Ambulant ben jij als orthopedagoog verantwoordelijk voor de trajecten van jongeren, gezinnen en volwassenen met complexe zorgvragen. Je vormt het inhoudelijke klankbord voor het ambulante team en bewaakt de methodische onderbouwing van behandelplannen.
Je coacht collega's en begeleidt intervisie, met ruimte om het hulpverleningsaanbod mee vorm te geven. Je werkt vanuit Sliedrecht en rijdt regelmatig met de bedrijfsauto, zodat de ondersteuning direct inzetbaar is.
