Bij locatie Stadzicht voelen mensen met dementie zich snel thuis. Dat komt door de sfeervolle ruimtes, gezellige activiteiten en huiselijke inrichting van deze locatie. Hier kunnen bewoners zich vrij bewegen. Samen met de familie geven wij iedere bewoner zorg op maat.
- Een afgeronde opleiding Maatschappelijke Zorg niveau 4 (MMZ
4), Persoonlijk Begeleider of Social Work; - Affiniteit met ouderen met psychiatrische en somatische problematiek.
- Ervaring met onbegrepen gedrag en het werken binnen een specialistische zorgsetting.
- Geduld, inlevingsvermogen en een stabiele persoonlijkheid om bewoners te ondersteunen.
- Een positieve, oplossingsgerichte instelling en teamspirit!
- Een contract met uren in overleg voor bepaalde tijd
- Een salaris volgens salarisschaal 40 CAO VVT;
- Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%;
- Vakantiegeld van 8%;
