Product Data Management Specialist

As a Product Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing end-to-end product data across a large European portfolio. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and availability of product information from source systems through to customers and consumers. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, R&D, regulatory, and IT to maintain high-quality product data, implement data governance standards, and improve data flows.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a complex, international environment.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data across systems and markets.
• Manage end-to-end product data flows from source systems to external recipients.
• Integrate and synchronize product data across multiple platforms and interfaces.
• Maintain and manage Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and data standards.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and ownership models.
• Monitor and deliver on key performance indicators related to product data quality and availability.
• Perform regular data audits, data cleansing, and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on data requirements and timelines.
• Support change management initiatives related to data processes and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience with product data, master data, or information management in a complex organization.
• Hands‑on experience with PIM, MDM, or similar data management systems.
• Knowledge of data standards, system integrations, and data governance principles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
