You’re joining an early-stage startup that is already working with leading firms. Backed with €3M in seed funding, we’re now scaling a team of engineers and thinkers who want to solve real problems, drive innovation, and create lasting change in the legal sector.

As a Software Engineer at Zeno, you’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered applications that redefine how legal professionals work. You’ll work across the entire tech stack, solving complex technical challenges while ensuring a seamless user experience.

This is an opportunity to build AI-driven applications from the ground up, work with Litestar (Python) and Vue.js, and contribute to a high-impact product that’s transforming the legal industry.

• Identify high-impact challenges and build practical, scalable solutions.
• Work on efficient, secure, and high-performance backend services.
• Build modern, responsive UI components.
• Ensure high-quality code while optimizing for rapid iteration and impact.

• You’re experienced in both backend and frontend development, with a passion for building impactful applications.
• Strong experience with back-end frameworks such as Litestar or FastAPI and front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
• You take ownership, thrive in an agile environment, and are eager to experiment with new solutions.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops, cloud platforms, and deployment pipelines would be beneficial.
