Position: Performance Marketeer

Pionect is growing and is looking for a part-time Performance Marketeer
. Do you get excited about setting up smart online campaigns, digging into data, and continuously optimizing results? Do Google Ads, Linked In campaigns, SEO and analytics feel like your playground? Then come visit our company for an exploratory interview!

What does your role entail?

As a Performance Marketeer, you'll play a key role in shaping and growing our online presence. From campaign strategy to reporting, you’ll be hands-on in managing Google Ads and Linked In Ads, conducting keyword research, improving SEO, A/B testing, and tracking performance with Google Analytics. You’ll also be free to bring your own ideas and help shape the future of our marketing approach.

Job requirements
  • You have experience setting up and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Linked In Ads
  • You know your way around SEO, keyword research, and tools like Semrush
  • You can analyze and report on performance using GA4 and enjoy digging into data
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization is a big plus
  • You’re comfortable writing or briefing copy for ads and landing pages
  • You are proactive, independent and data-driven
  • You have either a relevant marketing education or 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role
  • You speak English (Dutch is a plus!)
