Project Manager, Operations Manager

The role

As a Project Manager at Zeno you’ll work closely with all teams across Zeno scale its internal operations and execution capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of project management, process design, and organizational change. You’ll take ownership of critical internal initiatives such as implementing Agile ways of working, standardised ITIL Change & Incident Management Processes, ISO certifications, CRM implementations, process optimizations, and operational scaling.

It’s not a coordination role. It’s designed for someone who can independently structure ambiguous problems, design execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive projects to completion in a fast-moving and evolving environment.

You’ll operate across product, engineering, legal, and operations, ensuring that initiatives are delivered in a structured, predictable, and scalable way.

As Zeno continues to grow rapidly, this role is expected to expand in scope, with increasing responsibility for shaping how execution and operational excellence work across the company.

In practice, your responsibilities will include:

• leading cross-functional projects from ideation through execution and completion;
• structuring ambiguous operational problems into clear scenario’s, plans, timelines, and deliverables;
• designing and improving internal processes using structured methodologies such as BPMN, UML and Archi Mate;
• managing stakeholder alignment, communication, and decision-making throughout projects;
• driving initiatives such as Process Optimization, Software Implementations, Culture Programs, ISO certification, and operational scaling;
• introducing Project Governance (planning, governance, and execution discipline) across teams;
• ensuring organizational changes are successfully implemented and adopted.

By taking ownership of these initiatives, you will remove execution bottlenecks and enable the organization to scale efficiently and predictably.

This role is designed to scale. As Zeno grows, your responsibilities may expand into areas such as:

• owning increasingly strategic and company-wide initiatives;
• shaping operational structure and execution frameworks across the organization;
• leading larger and more complex transformation and change initiatives;
• helping design scalable operational foundations as the company expands internationally;
• taking on broader operational leadership responsibilities over time.

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or a similarly demanding, high-complexity environment;
• independently led projects from start to finish in complex stakeholder environments;
• strong project management fundamentals, including planning, stakeholder management, and governance;
• strong process-oriented mindset and experience with process design or optimization;
• comfortable structuring ambiguous problems and creating clarity;
• communicatively strong and able to align diverse stakeholders;
• comfortable working in fast-growing, evolving environments;
• experience with BPMN, IPMA, PRINCE2, or PROSCI is a strong plus;
• fluent in English.

By building strong processes and execution discipline early, you will directly shape Zeno’s ability to scale successfully.
