Business Intelligence Specialist

Overview

Department Are you a BI specialist with 1-2 years experience in data and analytics, ready to make an impact in a complex, international environment? At Robeco, you will work on impactful data solutions within a team that values quality, ownership, and collaboration. Your work will directly support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Where will you end up? You will join the Reporting Services team, which empowers Robeco’s Operations and Investment teams by delivering high end, strategic, client centric, digital, and data driven reporting solutions for both internal and external clients.

Reporting Services is part of the Sales, Marketing, and Reporting Value Stream, responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Client Services applications and (ESG) Reporting. The team In this role, you will be part of the Business Insight Center (BIC). The BIC helps Robeco make better decisions by translating data into clear and reliable insights. We work closely with business teams across the organization, supporting them with dashboards, analytics, and data expertise.

The team operates at the intersection of business and IT and plays a key role in enabling self-service analytics while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports (primarily in Qlik)
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable data insights and visualizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on analytics solutions
• Take ownership of data quality, consistency, and usability within your domain
• Support business users by answering questions and helping them effectively use analytics
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing within the team

• Has 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Has a relevant background (e.g. IT, data, business analytics, econometrics, or similar)
• Has hands-on experience with BI tools and SQL
• Is comfortable working independently as well as in multidisciplinary teams
• Can communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Is structured, proactive, and focused on quality
• Experience with Qlik is a strong plus
