Bennet & Boss B.V. in Rotterdam zoekt een International Mobility Inbound Specialist. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het volledige inbound mobiliteitsproces voor internationale medewerkers die naar Nederland verhuizen. Je biedt ondersteuning bij hun onboarding en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen compliant zijn met de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving.
Je hebt een HBO-opleiding, minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in HR of internationale mobiliteit, en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal vloeiend. Je werkt proactief en communiceert effectief met verschillende stakeholders in een internationale omgeving.
