BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced BI professional with a strong technical foundation in modern data platforms, ready to take ownership of high-impact analytics solutions in an international environment. In this role, you will be part of the Business Insight Center (BIC) and work closely with business teams across the organization to support them with dashboards, analytics, and data expertise.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and transformations using dbt on Snowflake.
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports (primarily in Qlik).
• Translate business needs into robust data models, metrics, and visual insights.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on data‑driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the reporting chain.
• Contribute to the development of the Azure‑based data platform and data pipelines.
• Drive best practices in analytics engineering (modularity, testing, documentation).
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and usability of data solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
• Relevant background (e.g., IT, data, business analytics, econometrics, or similar).
• Strong hands‑on experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with dbt (data build tool) and Snowflake (or comparable cloud data warehouse).
• Experience with Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Azure SQL, or similar).
• Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to translate business questions into scalable and reusable data solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to bridge business and IT.
• Ownership mindset with attention to quality, structure, and documentation.
• Experience in financial services or asset management and experience with Qlik are strong plusses.
