De CED Groep zoekt een Medewerker Servicedesk ICT die collega’s snel weer op weg helpt bij ICT‑vragen en storingen. Je registreert en behandelt meldingen, biedt ondersteuning bij Office‑toepassingen en digitale werkplekken, en beheert gebruikersaccounts en hardware.
Je werkt in een compacte ICT‑omgeving met aandacht voor samenwerking en ontwikkeling. Een mbo‑4 ICT‑opleiding, ITIL‑kennis en goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn gewenst, met ruimte voor groei naar 2e‑lijn of applicatiebeheer.
