jo .pro is op zoek naar een Solution Designer/Functioneel Ontwerper die end‑to‑end IT‑oplossingen ontwerpt en vertaalt van businesswensen naar functionele ontwerpen. Je werkt in squads met Process Designers, Product Owners, Dev Ops en Implementatiemanagers.
Je analyseert impacten, bewaakt samenhang tussen business en IT, en zorgt voor herbruikbare, technisch realiseerbare ontwerpen. De rol vereist HBO/WO denkniveau en kennis van UML, API‑integratie en datamodellering.
