KVK in Rotterdam zoekt een ervaren Scrum Master voor drie Dev Ops-teams binnen IT Registers (ITR). Je faciliteert het Scrum-proces, optimaliseert events en zorgt dat obstakels verdwijnen zodat het team snel waarde levert.
Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een Scrum Master-rol in een complexe IT-context, hebt ervaring met high-performing Dev Ops-teams en werkt samen met Product Owners. Je coach en inspireert het team en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de afdeling.
