Sterksen in Rotterdam zoekt een Helpdesk Medewerker die als Leider in Zorg-ICT het eerste aanspreekpunt is voor zorginstellingen. Je analyseert vragen, legt oplossingen uit en leert het softwarepakket stap voor stap kennen zodat klanten optimaal geholpen zijn.
De functie vereist analytisch denkvermogen, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met telefonische klantcontact. Een relevante HBO/VWO-opleiding is prettig, met ruimte voor groei naar seniorniveau of testing.
