Vopak zoekt een stagiair Opleidingskunde/ Learning & Development/ HRM om het team te versterken. Je ondersteunt opleidingscoördinatoren en houdt ons LMS Workday up-to-date, en deelt nieuwste trends in leren en ontwikkelen.
Je leert veel over LMS, Workday en de mogelijkheden ervan, werkt nauw samen met collega's en draagt bij aan de verbetering van leerprocessen in de organisatie. Een 3e of 4e jaars student wordt verwacht, met sterke analytische vaardigheden.
