IT Synergy zoekt een gedreven Support Engineer die offsite complexe ICT vraagstukken oplost en klanten vriendelijk helpt. Je werkt samen met het supportteam, analyseert incidents en bewaakt ticketvoortgang. Vereisten: MBO 4 ICT, 2+ jaar ervaring, Microsoft Fundamentals (AZ900/MS900) of bereid deze binnen 6 maanden te halen, en communicatie in NL en EN.
Hybride werken wordt geboden. Je werkt aan cloudoplossingen, ondersteunt klanten zowel telefonisch als op locatie en draagt bij aan verbeteringen
