Intermax zoekt een ITSM Proces Manager die bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit van onze servicemanagementprocessen. Je bewaakt incident-, change- en request management volgens ITIL en stemt Top Desk en Jira zo af dat de werkwijze in de praktijk goed werkt.
Je werkt hybride vanuit Rotterdam en voert continue procesverbeteringen door. Je vertaalt behoeften naar inrichting, beheert rollen en documentatie, test releases en bouwt dashboards voor management.
