We are looking for a  Solutions Engineer  who thrives on solving problems, working with technology and understanding what customers really need.

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally curious, quick to learn new software and motivated to investigate complex challenges until you uncover answers and solutions.

In this role you will work closely with partners and internal teams to translate business,- and technical needs into practical solutions. You will contribute to pre-sales activities, solution design, technical implementations and customer onboarding. Your role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor and technical expert to our partners. You will help clarify questions and challenges, understand the underlying needs and determine how our products and services can address them.

You will play a pivotal role across the full customer journey from pre-sales conversations and technical demo’s to onboarding, implementation and complex projects. As part of the POD team, you will act as a technical counterpart for internal stakeholders and help shape and deliver tailored solutions successfully.

You are accountable for a seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience, you will mentor and support the Delivery Manager during onboarding and product deliveries.

Your work will include:

Clarifying customer and partner challenges and validating requirements directly with them.

Looking beyond the initial question to understand the underlying business and technical need.

Assessing which solutions and product capabilities are already available.

Identifying gaps and determining whether a requirement can be addressed through configuration, existing tools or new developments.

Translating requirements into workable, scalable solutions.

Contributing to workflows that serve both customer needs and business objectives.

What You Will Do

Be the product expert:
Serve as the go-to technical and functional expert on our products and services. Deliver technical demonstrations and explain how our products can address specific customer challenges. Investigate issues, identify root causes and translate the needs into practical technical and functional solutions.

Support pre-sales activities:
Join conversations with prospects and partners, understand their requirements. Define technical deliverables and design tailored solutions. Provide technical expertise during tender processes to ensure proposals meet customer expectations and address any challenges effectively.

Oversee customer onboarding and delivery:
Support and guide the technical onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from agreement to delivery. Mentor Delivery Managers.

Gather customer feedback:
Capture insights from partners to understand their needs, address challenges, and share actionable feedback with relevant teams for continuous product improvement.

Cross-team collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to configure and deliver solutions while ensuring alignment with customer goals.

Lead technical implementations:
Manage and lead complex implementations, migrations and other customer projects ensuring high-quality outcomes.
