Growth Marketer, Collie; B2B SaaS Part-time

Collectmaxx is a B2B SaaS platform helping companies across Europe automate and optimize their invoice collection and accounts receivable processes. Last year we collected over €65 million for our clients. We are now taking Collie, our new self-service SaaS product, to market and need a hands-on B2B SaaS marketer to build traction for it. We are a small, ambitious team: short lines, real ownership, no layers.

We start with Benelux and DACH.

Collectmaxx Collie is a Software-as-a-Service platform built for companies that invoice consumers directly: utilities, insurers, subscription businesses, and service providers. It automates the full invoice reminder and early collection workflow, combining multiple outreach channels with intelligent AI-driven communication flows, before overdue invoices become a collection problem.

Key capabilities:

• Multi-channel outreach: email, SMS, AI Voice calls, and video reminders, fully automated
• AI-generated communication flows: smart sequences that adapt tone, timing, and channel based on consumer behavior
• Installment plans: built-in, configurable payment arrangements to recover more without escalating to collections
• EU-wide payment links:
  Paylink support covering local payment methods across EU markets
• White-label ready: businesses deploy under their own brand, preserving customer relationships
• Self-service portal & dashboard: consumers manage their own invoices; clients get full visibility on performance

Collie is priced as a subscription with no large upfront commitments, purpose-built for SMEs and mid-market companies ready to move to a SaaS model.

• Build traction for Collie: decide the channel mix, build the funnel, grow signups, activation and paying customers in the Benelux market

• Create the content that drives it: landing pages, comparison pages, customer stories, email sequences and founder-led Linked In copy, in Dutch and English. You write it and you publish it

• Build conversion assets: the cost-of-chasing calculator, the instant personalized demo and the pricing page, with design and dev support

• Run paid acquisition on a small budget (Google Ads, Linked In) with a tight feedback loop, measured on cost per qualified conversation

• Partnership marketing: co-market with the ecosystems our customers already use, starting with Mollie and accountancy firms, and extending to bookkeeping and ERP integrations as we add them

• Keep the Webflow site current and converting yourself: pages, metadata, structured data, internal linking. No dev handover

• Direct our external SEO/GEO agency and implement their recommendations in Webflow

• Several years of hands-on B2B SaaS or fintech marketing, with real Benelux experience

• Proven demand generation: you have built an inbound funnel from scratch, not just run campaigns inside someone else's

• AI first mindset: you use AI daily for research, drafting, analysis and content production, and you know where it gets things wrong

• Business-fluent Dutch and English, to a standard where your copy goes live without a rewrite. German is a plus

• Confident working directly in Webflow: you implement changes yourself

• Working knowledge of SEO and GEO, enough to brief and direct an agency

• Self-starter, comfortable as the only marketer in the room
