We are supporting a leading BMS, Security, and System Integration specialist in hiring an experienced Service Coordinator to support their service operations.

This is an inside sales / back-office role, focused on service planning, customer communication, reporting, and commercial follow-up. The client is looking for a self-sufficient, organised, and mature profile who can manage procedures, coordinate technicians, and deal professionally with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily service activities and technician schedules

Act as the main point of contact for customers (service & after-sales)

Manage service reports, documentation, permits, and customer procedures

Monitor incidents, lead times, and contractual compliance

Support service budgets, invoicing, and contract follow-up

Assist the Service Manager and coordinate small service projects

Requirements

Fluent Dutch (spoken & written) and strong English

Experience in service coordination, back-office, inside sales, or service administration

Highly organised, accurate, and communicative

Able to follow and improve processes

Comfortable working independently

Nice to have: ability to engage in technical conversations (BMS, Security, Systems)
