They are looking for a Senior Supply Planner who will play a pivotal role within the S&OP team, ensuring seamless supply chain execution.

This position focuses on managing inventory levels, overseeing warehouse operations, and planning seasonal display productions.

You will be the key driver of supply planning excellence, balancing operational efficiency with quality standards.

As Senior Supply Planner, you will collaborate closely with Demand Planning to align supply strategies with forecasted demand.

Your role involves monitoring KPIs, leading supply-focused projects, and maintaining system accuracy to support business objectives.

This is an opportunity to combine analytical skills with hands-on operational leadership in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.

You will also act as the subject matter expert for supply planning, continuously improving processes and ensuring product availability across all channels.

By working closely with Lindt factories and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Your key responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Supply Planning and lead strategic initiatives.

Manage inventory levels, including finished goods and co-packing, ensuring optimal stock balance.

Oversee warehouse operations and maintain compliance with food quality standards.

Lead seasonal supply planning, including product availability and display production.

Monitor and resolve supply disruptions by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.

Maintain ERP and planning tool accuracy to reflect real-time supply chain status.

Track and report Supply Planning KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Furthermore, you bring:
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, combined with 8 years of planning experience with S&OP/IBP processes.

Experienced in FMCG supply chain/operations/logistics, managing inventory levels including co-packing and display planning.

Advanced Excels skills and SAP system knowledge (ECC, S/4

HANA, IBP).

Arbeidsvoorwaarden You will join Lindt & Sprüngli on a direct contract.
