  • Meebouwen aan de toekomst van Joybuy’s Food & Beverages categorie in een snelgroeiende internationale omgeving
  • Nieuwe categorieën opbouwen en bestaande categorieën verder uitbreiden om het best mogelijke assortiment voor onze klanten neer te zetten
  • Onderhandelingsstrategieën bepalen en leveranciersgesprekken voeren van eerste contact tot getekend contract.

    Sterke relaties opbouwen met leveranciers en tegelijkertijd zorgen voor scherpe commerciële voorwaarden
  • Jouw categorie echt leren begrijpen door data, klantinzichten, marktontwikkelingen en input van leveranciers te combineren
  • Commerciële kansen signaleren en vertalen naar concrete plannen die bijdragen aan een beter assortiment, sterkere performance en hogere winstgevendheid
  • Samenwerken met marketing om producten extra zichtbaar te maken via campagnes, banners en promotionele activaties
  • Intensief samenwerken met bijvoorbeeld supply chain om beschikbaarheid, productkwaliteit en de totale klantpropositie te verbeteren
Wat je meebrengt
  • Een hbo- of wo-diploma in Bedrijfskunde, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting
  • 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als Buyer, Category Manager of Key Account Manager, bij voorkeur binnen food, FMCG of e-commerce
  • Sterk commercieel inzicht en zelfvertrouwen in onderhandelingen met leveranciers
  • Het vermogen om snel kansen te herkennen en goed aan te voelen wat belangrijk is aan de onderhandelingstafel
  • Een ondernemende mindset met veel energie, doorzettingsvermogen en eigenaarschap
  • Het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk te managen in een dynamische, snel veranderende omgeving
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om relaties op te bouwen en stakeholders mee te nemen
  • Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels
