Customs Agent; Benelux Team-Tech Hub

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customs Agent to work in a dynamic international environment and support our Benelux team. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring compliance of customs operations with applicable regulations and supporting international logistics processes.

• Preparing and verifying customs documentation in accordance with national and international regulations
• Cooperating with customs authorities and regulatory institutions
• Handling customs declarations and executing customs clearance procedures
• Monitoring changes in customs regulations and advising on their application
• Communicating with clients and suppliers on customs matters and resolving clearance‑related issues
• Collaborating with the Customs team in the Netherlands and Belgium

• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of customs regulations and clearance procedures
• Proficiency in customs systems and ERP software
• Business proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑border team
• Accuracy, reliability, and organizational skills
• Openness to business travel to the Netherlands/Belgium from time to time
