For the experienced forwarder in ocean freight who is ready for the next step! If you have knowledge of or interest in complex supply chains and want to help build an organization with clear growth ambitions, this role offers depth and perspective.

• Coordinating complex shipments; responsible for the planning, booking, and handling of both import and export shipments. Work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly in line with agreements with our clients (SOPs).
• Managing, preparing, and monitoring documentation and compliance, taking care of freight forwarding and customs documentation, ensuring all processes comply with laws and regulations.
• Acting as a proactive problem solver for our customers, informing them of discrepancies, delays, or damages, and developing solutions that work for all parties involved.
• Managing relationships and developing networks, maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers, international offices, and partners, while monitoring supplier performance. Participate in MBRs and contribute to the optimization of the entire supply chain.
• Sharing information with stakeholders, ensuring all relevant documents, information, and updates are shared in a timely manner with colleagues, agents, and offices, keeping processes efficient and transparent.

• Self‑starter with an energetic work attitude.
• Knowledge of freight and/or order management is a plus.
• Able to manage complex shipments based on experience.
• At least 4 years of work experience in a similar role within ocean freight import or export.
• Good command of Dutch (B1 level) and English, both spoken and written.

• Salary dependent on knowledge and experience, plus 5% bonus and 8% holiday allowance.
