Exxon Mobil Pernis zoekt een nauwkeurige Dispatcher Admin ter ondersteuning van de logistieke activiteiten binnen onze Pernis-locatie. Je bereidt transport- en exportdocumentatie voor en registreert alle uitgaande zendingen in de relevante systemen.
Ook coördineer je inspecties en manage exportaangiften en vrijhandelscertificaten. Je werkt dagelijks samen met het planning team in Praag en hebt contact met interne stakeholders zoals Security, Warehousing en Bulk Loading.
