Customer Collaboration Specialist

As a Customer Collaboration Specialist, you play a pivotal operational role within the supply chain, connecting customers with internal teams across logistics, planning, sales, marketing, finance, and order management.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers regarding customer service, logistics, order fulfilment, and operational supply chain topics. Through customer analytics and proactive collaboration, you will identify service and cost improvement opportunities, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash process.

• Act as the primary operational contact for customers regarding customer service and logistics-related topics.
• Analyse customer operations, performance data, and supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor customer KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service, cost, speed, and delivery performance.
• Initiate, coordinate, and lead improvement projects within customer operations and order fulfilment.
• Proactively identify and communicate issues such as out-of-stocks, late deliveries, order issues, and customer non-compliance.
• Follow up on critical and structural customer order issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Work closely with Order Management, Logistics, Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Master Data teams.
• Coordinate product, assortment, and customer master data changes to ensure smooth execution.
• Support optimisation of customer ordering and delivery processes.
• Prepare and share customer performance reports, including delivery reliability and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate corrective actions with customers and internal stakeholders based on performance results.
• Maintain strong operational relationships with customers, distribution centres, and customer planning teams.
• Prepare and participate in customer meetings and operational reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the end-to-end order-to-cash and logistics fulfilment processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or order fulfilment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, processes, and customer performance.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, or BW is an advantage.
• Experience with in the FMCG / consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Experience in project management or continuous improvement is advantageous.
• Strong tactical and strategic communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• For Belgium-based positions, French is also required.
