As an agriculture worker, you will be working in a greenhouse with a larger team. Your responsibilities include ensuring that the vegetables are taken care of and that the plants grow as expected. The garden also includes flies and bugs for biological prevention.

Work is always during daytime, and there is a hygiene protocol requiring a change of clothes every day.

Transportation to work will be done in a regular car or a bus. All our vehicles are GPS tracked and are solely for house-to-work transportation. Fuel and insurance costs are covered by Stipt. We can also provide transport from your country to Holland.

We will ensure you receive good health insurance according to Dutch standards. Our health insurance is provided by Hollandzorg, an organization specialized in employees who come from abroad to work in the Netherlands.

We will provide a fair pension. The pension is managed by Stipp (Achmea), which specializes in temporary workers. This way, you also build a long-term future within Stipt!
