VLS Schoonmaak zoekt een Fulltime Huismeester in Rotterdam die zorgt voor schoon, veilig en goed onderhouden gebouw en omgeving. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, leveranciers en onderhoudsbedrijven en werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 7.00 tot 16.00 uur.
Je voert kleine onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit, signaleert technische gebreken, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en begeleidt monteurs op locatie.
