VLS zoekt een fulltime huismeester in het centrum van Rotterdam. Je bewaakt de netheid, veiligheid en het onderhoud van het gebouw en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en leveranciers. Werktijden zijn maandag tot en met vrijdag van 7.00 tot 16.00 uur.
Daarnaast voer je eenvoudige administratieve taken uit en zet je huurders en monteurs op de juiste plek. Het salaris ligt rond 16,70–18,44 EUR per uur, exclusief 8% vakantiegeld, met cao Schoonmaak en glazenwassersbedrijf.
