As a Production Prefab Concrete Worker, you will help produce prefabricated concrete elements in a factory environment. The work includes preparing molds and formwork, pouring and finishing concrete, processing reinforcement, checking dimensions, and supporting safe and efficient production.

This job is especially suitable for candidates who already have experience with advanced prefab elements, including sandwich panels, stairs, balconies, or similar concrete products. You must be able to understand technical drawings and work accurately according to quality requirements.

• Prepare molds, formwork, and production areas before concrete work starts.
• Pour, vibrate, smooth, and finish concrete according to production requirements.
• Process and position reinforcement based on technical drawings.
• Support the production of advanced prefab concrete elements, such as sandwich panels, stairs, and balconies.
• Inspect finished products for correct dimensions, finish quality, and visible defects.
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment safely and correctly.
• Perform minor maintenance on tools and machinery when needed.
• Keep the workplace clean, organised, and safe during the working day.
• Identify practical opportunities to improve the production process.
• Work with team members while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in prefabricated concrete production.
• Experience producing advanced prefab concrete elements, such as sandwich panels, stairs, balconies, or similar products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with molds, formwork, reinforcement, pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete.
• Basic hand tools are useful, but they can be provided if needed.
