USG Mar Com zoekt een ervaren adviseur interne- en verandercommunicatie voor een grootschalig programma. Je begeleidt de implementatie, overstap en nazorgfase en zorgt voor afstemming met diverse teams en leveranciers. Je delegeert waar nodig, springt bij en bewaakt samenhang tussen boodschap, doelgroep en tijdpad.
Je hebt ruime ervaring met ICT-transformaties, beschikt over HBO-niveau communicatieopleiding en weet tactisch te communiceren in een bestuurlijke omgeving met verschillende belangen.
