As our Influencer & Community Specialist
, you'll help bring our influencer and community strategy to life across multiple markets. Acting as the key link between influencers, creators, agencies, online communities and internal teams, you'll be responsible for delivering impactful influencer campaigns, fostering meaningful partnerships and strengthening our social presence across the Netherlands and Belgium.

You'll join our Social & Influencers Team and report directly to the Team Lead Social & Influencers. Working closely with Market Leads, the Creative Studio, Production teams and external partners, you'll help create campaigns and partnerships that connect travellers with our brands in authentic and inspiring ways.

Location: Rotterdam or Antwerp
Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Start date: October / November 2026

Contract: Fulltime, 7 months

Fluent Dutch and professional English are mandatory for this role.

• Execute influencer campaigns across assigned markets, from briefing through to delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies and other external partners.

• Coordinate campaign execution with Market Leads, the Creative Studio, Production teams and external suppliers.

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with our brand standards.

• Manage and engage online communities across relevant social media channels.

• Publish and amplify content created by internal teams, influencers and creators.

• Monitor campaign performance, community sentiment and emerging social media trends.

• Identify opportunities and proactively address community-related challenges.

• Manage influencer and creator campaign budgets.

• Continuously improve and scale influencer and creator collaboration processes across markets.

• High-quality influencer campaigns delivered on time and within budget.

• Strong and trusted partnerships with influencers, creators and agencies.

• Engaged online communities that strengthen brand awareness, affinity and advocacy.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or community management.

• Hands-on experience creating, managing or coordinating influencer campaigns targeting Dutch and Belgian audiences.

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with influencers, creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.

• Familiarity with tools such as Kolsquare, Hootsuite or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience managing campaign budgets and reporting on performance.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.

• Affinity with travel, tourism and digital culture.

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Monthly gross salary between €3600,- and €4000,- plus 6 ATV days (based on full-time employment, excluding 8% holiday allowance).
